Full description

Setup and Launch

Set the chairs in a horseshoe. Ask the audience for a suggestion; every conversation is based on it.

Flow

1. Conversation

The players sit down in the chairs and have a discussion.

2. Scene

Eventually one player breaks into the centre of the horseshoe and initiates a scene. One scene can evolve, or many.

3. Back to the conversation

When a topic is played out, someone still in the chairs takes the focus verbally and starts the conversation again. A new strain of the topic emerges organically, and more scenes follow.

4. Alternation

The conversation and the scene work alternate. One important thing to note: conversations get less frequent and scenes get more frequent.
