A long form where the actors paint a picture in words, then tell a story in scenes that leads up to that picture in the finale.

Setup and Launch
Ask the audience for a suggestion. It is usually a location or an event.
Flow
1. Paint the picture
The actors quickly paint the scene in words. Each in turn describes one or two objects. The description is not limited to physical objects. Name moods, actions and the general atmosphere of what is going on. This creates a snapshot of the scene.
2. A series of scenes
The group then plays a series of scenes. They come together to form a story that leads up to the painted scene. It generally helps to start somewhere completely unrelated to that scene. This gives the group many more options for crafting a storyline. Along the way the objects named at the start are given a backstory and significance. In the end there is a reason why they are in the scene.
3. The finale
The last scene of the form is the originally painted scene. At some point it should replicate the original picture as exactly as possible. It does not have to end there.
